Barbara Lebo

Barbara Lebo, MBA, BBA, CAAP, NIB. Barbara is a mother of three, including a 19-year-old son with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Barbara is the CEO of Autism Caregiver Training (ACT), where she leads a dedicated team in empowering individuals, families, and caregivers to create a more inclusive and understanding world for those with Autism. With over 30 years of experience in strategic marketing and advertising sales consulting, Barbara transitioned her expertise to provide crucial training and support for families, caregivers, healthcare professionals, educators, first responders, and service providers living or working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum. Drawing from her journey as a parent raising a son with Autism, Barbara is deeply committed to transforming lives through compassionate training and support. ACT offers North America's comprehensive Autism Family, Caregiver, Healthcare, Education, First Responder, and Autism Service Provider Training Certification Course, equipping participants with the skills, knowledge, and empathy necessary to provide exceptional care to individuals with Autism. ACT is dedicated to building a more inclusive society where individuals with Autism are supported, celebrated, and empowered to live their lives to the fullest.

The experiences of autistic people and their families are as broad as the autism spectrum itself. In this panel discussion, families will share the ups and downs of their journeys and lessons learned along the way. They will share perspectives on what worked and what didn’t while navigating their own unique path.
