Dani Bowman is a vibrant and accomplished animator, artist, and entrepreneur, proudly representing the Autism Spectrum community. Her unwavering commitment to inclusion and diversity shines through her work, as she passionately utilizes her skills to make a positive impact on others' lives. 
 
Diagnosed with autism at the age of 3 and nonverbal until the age of 6, Dani has triumphed over numerous challenges to emerge as a formidable artist, animator, and captivating speaker. At the young age of 14, she established her own company, DaniMation, which expanded to include DaniMation UK in 2019. 
 
With a heart dedicated to empowering others, Dani has shared her knowledge and expertise by teaching animation to over 2500 students with autism. Her creative endeavors have been recognized on a global scale, with 12 of her short films premiering at San Diego Comic-Con. 
 
As a prominent national speaker and cherished cast member of Love on the Spectrum US, Dani utilizes her platform to inspire and mentor individuals worldwide, showcasing the boundless possibilities that await those who dare to dream.

For over 15 years, Dani Bowman––Founder and CEO of DaniMation Entertainment, has dedicated herself to empowering the autism community, transforming passions into career opportunities to bridge the employment gap. Through her personal journey growing up on the autism spectrum, from childhood to the inception of DaniMation and beyond to becoming a cast member of the Netflix series Love on the Spectrum, Bowman offers insights into her mission. She explains how her company is instrumental in bridging the employment divide for individuals on the autism spectrum entering the workforce.

Neurodiversity in the Workforce Panel

Moderated by Dr. Kerry Magro, this panel discussion will feature insights from neurodiverse individuals about the current state of neurodiversity in the workforce. Together, they'll explore their first-person perspectives, including the challenges, benefits, and opportunities of inclusive employment. Topics will include but will not be limited to disclosure, reasonable accommodations, language considerations, and much more!
