Adapting Sexual Health Education: Towards Healthy, Safe, and Happy Lives for Autistic People

Learning Objectives:

• Participants will be able to identify at least four ways that providing sexual health education contributes to happy, healthy, and safe lives for autistic people 

• Participants will be able to state at least two risks of failing to provide sexual health education for autistic children, youth, and adults 

• Participants will recognize at least three different methods for adapting sexual health education goals to make them accessible for diverse learning needs
