Refund & Badge Policy

If a registrant cannot attend the conference, please contact Geneva Centre for Autism at symposium@autism.net.

There is a 25% processing fee for refunds for cancellations before September 19th, 2026.

There is a 50% processing fee for refunds for cancellation between September 19th – October 30th, 2026.

• All registrations are non-transferable.
• No Refunds will be made after October 30th, 2026.
• All registration badges will be pre-printed ahead of the event.  We cannot reprint badges for attendees onsite. Please be sure to check the spelling of all names.
