Payment Methods
Note: All registrations must be made online. We do not accept mail-in registrations.
Online (preferred):
Payment is accepted via credit card (preferred), wire transfer/bank transfer, or cheque. For all payment methods, you must register online first.
Credit Card:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Following your online payment by credit card, a payment receipt will be sent to the primary contact person via email. Registration confirmation will be emailed to each delegate.
Wire/Bank Transfer:
Payment by wire transfer/bank transfer will only be granted to organizations with group registrations over $10,000. Register online and then select “Pay By Cheque/Transfer” as your payment method. Following your online registration, an invoice will be sent to the primary contact person via email. If you are providing payment by wire/bank transfer, you will need to contact symposium@autism.net for payment instructions after you successfully register. Registration confirmation will be emailed to each delegate.
Cheque:
Cheque payments are accepted; however, processing times will vary so please expect delays with this method of payment. Following your online registration, an invoice will be sent to the primary contact person via email. Cheque payment instructions will be included on your invoice. Registration confirmation will be emailed to each delegate. Please note that payments must be received and successfully processed before registrations can be confirmed.

Note:
- All transactions must be processed successfully to confirm your registration.
- Payment is due immediately and no later than 30 days from the date of invoice. Any unpaid registrations will be automatically cancelled.
